Wickenburg Foreclosures
The number of foreclosures in the Wickenburg area has increased from 2009 to 2010 by more than double. With the increased inventory of foreclosed homes, we are seeing a drop in prices in the Homes for Sale in the Wickenburg Area. We are also seeing prices that are lower than any that we have had for the last 10 years in the current Wickenburg Residential Real Estate Market. This is GREAT NEWS for Home Buyers!
