I needed to take the time to write to you and express how much we enjoyed working with Sergio Horcos. I have been a real estate broker in Minnesota for the past 28 years, and I have worked with several agents and brokers. We have purchased and sold real estate in several states and Canada. I am an auctioneer and sold foreclosurers by the hundreds in the eighties, so I'm familiar with all types of sales and purchases. The purchase we made through Sergio was a foreclosure in Aguila, AZ. We felt Freddie Mac was very difficult to work with and we were very frustrated and almost backed out of the deal on several occasions. Sergio, however, kept us going and helped us deal with the frustrations. He was so honest and forthcoming regarding disclosing to us information he had personally learned about the airpark and the home, and we respected him so much for that.
Beyond the professional manner in which Sergio treated us and took care of our purchase, he went above and beyond what any agent is required to do. He offered and did help us with so many different things we needed help with, and suggested where we could go to get assistance with other things. I can't tell you how much he went out of his way to make this a pleasant ordeal when it was just the opposite with Freddie Mac. Also, his wife Lori, was always so wonderful to call and leave messages and communicate for us with Sergio when he was unavailable to talk to us, and he aways got right back to us.
Sergio is a fantastic agent, what an amazing asset he is! He has our highest recommendation to anyone purchasing real estate in Arizona!
